To start, can you please answer the following: What is your cPanel username? What is stuck loading? Is it your website? PhpMyAdmin? Something else? wolstech Posted January 18, 2016 Share Posted January 18, 2016 Actually, that login screen from phpmyadmin is caused by a broken user account. Change your cPanel password and it will fix itself.
