papakilo Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Hello, now I wan't to ask something about my site. I have make an event for x'mas day, so pilot can be signup for that events, but now i had a problem, i can't access my event page, if i has lagged in, but if not, it will be working without problems, and the pilot must be logged in if them want to book flight for those event. If I visit another link, it will be work without problems. Link : papakilovirtual.tk/index.php/events/get_event?id=1 | When i visit same link with another id, like papakilovirtual.tk/index.php/events/get_event?id=2, I can access those. Please answer ASP, this event will be released 2 days before events, it's mean, tommorow will be released to public, thank's.
wolstech Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Seeing that other events work, have you tried recreating the broken event (which should make it have a new ID)? Other than that, it's a software issue. You'll need to ask for help from the software developer, or replace your site's software.
papakilo Posted December 22, 2015 Author Posted December 22, 2015 I has changed the ID, before I change to 1, it's 3, and its just showing the same error. And I has checked with another site(not own site), they pilot has book events, maybe this error from hosting ?
wolstech Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 I just took a look at phpVMS's website...from what I can see, the software is likely too heavy to run here (in fact, they even recommend against free hosts on their site for this exact reason). What you're likely running into is the process limit on Stevie. We restrict how many things an account can do at once to keep the server stable. It's also possible that the software uses something we don't allow (though their website suggests we exceed the minimum requirements). It's quite likely that phpVMS is causing you to hit the limit. There is no fix for that. If you move to Johnny (where you get more resource allowance, but uptime is <80%...), it might work, but it'll be down all the time since Johnny is severely overloaded.
papakilo Posted December 24, 2015 Author Posted December 24, 2015 I never had a problem with phpVMS, my problem is with Sim Pilot who gave me the addons. And, I just need 4 language to run my site, it is HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript, and I got all of I need on Stevie, who has better uptime, so I choose Stevie, and I must run my site on Johnny ? If yes, I'll redirect to my old host, so my site keep running, and me will be uploading files to my new host. Thank's for help.
