smo Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 Hello,I was trying to sign in to my account yesterday to make some updates but my password didn't work, so I tried to reset my password. But that never worked either. I'd put the code into cpanel and try to reset but nothing happened. So I checked my email and realized I received an email that my account has been inactive too long and is suspended. I attempted to renew it several times, through the website and by simply typing in my url, as I get the same link that way. But the Account Renewal page seems to get stuck at "Reactivating Account..."I've tried clearing cache and closing my browser; I tried yesterday and again today, and will try again tomorrow, but I thought just in case there is something else amiss, maybe I could ask here what else I could do. a.
