Ups And Down

hi so I deleted my account and create an account with johnny and now it is active but still in the process but the only problem Im facing is I cant even access to my website or cotrol panel it says could not locate remote server I just have an access yesterday but it is going ups and down and now it is down again

Well, Johnny does go down a lot. Uptime is like 53%. If you need something that's actually up when you need it, Stevie is where you belong. Anyway, that account hasn't had its DNS processed yet, and I sometimes see Johnny take days to do things that should happen in 24 hours. I see an NXDOMAIN error from Chrome, the account itself is active. As of this post, Johnny is up.

 

Inability to log into cPanel is odd though. If Johnny is up, it should work. Can you try from another internet connection (e.g. a cell phone data plan)? If it works, I'll have an admin check the firewall for you.
