papakilo Posted December 8, 2015 Share Posted December 8, 2015 Hello everyone, I want to move my hosting account from Stevie to Johnny, but, on my application, you can say like that , it's need < 5.4 PHP and JavaScript, it mean if I using Stevie, i'll not receive JS, but, if I using Johnny, I can run JS, but in another, I will get error on the PHP. I have used Stevie, and now, the dropdown menu is not working correctly. And, my question is like the title, can I change PHP from 5.4.41(Johnny PHP Version) to 5.3.8(Stevie PHP Version) but still using Johnny server to run my website ? wolstech Posted December 8, 2015 Share Posted December 8, 2015 Java and JavaScript are two different things. JavaScript will work on both servers since it actually runs on the client. Java is JSP/java server pages/servlets, which are entirely different. You can't have Java and PHP at the same time (at least I don't think...pretty sure tomcat gets in the way of it).
