johannsdiary Posted November 26, 2015 Share Posted November 26, 2015 a. my HelioHost username: johannb. the server my account is on: steivec. my HelioHost main domain: happyjohann.heliohost.org I cannot enter in website neither in cpanel, my account has been suspended. I don't know what was wrong. Maybe because of proxy site... Sorry for not knowing this before being suspended.But since i am in China with GFW, can i have another option which does not violate the heliohost rules. Hope you can cancel the suspention... I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.
