Hello.

 

I have some questions about hosting. I'm using it for a while now and I think you are the best hosting out there.

 

1. What is webmail limit? How many mails can I send per hour/day?

2. Is it true that I can have one account on Stevie and one on Johnny?

3. Why I'm getting 500 Internal Server Error every time I login in cPanel? Is there any fix for that?

1. Email is limited to 50 / day regardless of how its sent. Webmail, scripts, etc. all add to that 50 a day. If you have good reason, you can ask for an increase, but there's no guarantee we'll approve that. Regardless of the limit, we will suspend you if any of the emails you send are reported as spam.

2. Yes if you have good reason and have gotten an admin's approval. Do note that disk space is not a good reason.

3. This is normal for all accounts on Stevie. It's caused by the process limit. Everyone experiences it, and there is no fix.
