Failed To Access Phpmyadmin

Hi all. I'm "soflab" on Johnny.

 

I log in my cPanel and try to access PhPMyAdmin giving my username and password; I get the first attached error page. If I try to access with HeidiSQL (host Johnny.heliohost.org) I get the second attached error.

 

What can I do?

Change your cPanel password, then log out and in again. That should fix PhpMyAdmin.

 

Also, if you're accessing it remotely as the first picture suggests, you may need to re-add your IP to the remote mysql hosts in cPanel.

Thank you, now it is ok, but I lost all my databases I had before...

What were the names of the databases?
