[Solved] Blocked by Firewall?

I don't know whether this is related particularly to this MySQL problem, but since last Saturday I can not even login to my cPanel account. The heliohost main page is the last that I can reach. After I press the "Login" button, I get this:

 

The connection has timed out

 

The server at stevie.heliohost.org is taking too long to respond.

 

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web

I've split your topic from the MySQL thread since it's not related. Timeouts are usually a firewall problem.

 

An admin can check and unblock you if needed.

The reason you ip was blocked by our firewall was: DOS 88 connections - Sat Oct 17 07:10:07 2015

I was unblocked for around 50 seconds. Now again I can not connect.

Last Saturday and now this happened while I was using FileZilla which configuration was made by importing the xml file downloaded from the respective link in cPanel.

I really don't get what's wrong with this connection.

I'm not seeing your ip as blocked anymore. How are you trying to login now? What url?
