Cris70 Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 Hi all,I have read in this forums that InnoDB support has been removed right after upgrading mysql.I have applied for a Stevie account because of the ability to use mysql remotely, but without InnoDB I can't really use mysql for what I need.Other engines have too many limitations (mainly missing foreign key constraints) for my project. Will InnoDB support be restored? If so, when it is likely to be restored? Thank you in advance.Cris
wolstech Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 We don't know if or when at this time. However, InnoDB is available on Johnny. Perhaps ask over in customer service for permission for a second account so you can also use johnny? If approved, you can sign up on Johnny, add Stevie as an allowed host on the Johnny account remote mysql and use Johnny's DB server with Stevie.
Cris70 Posted October 21, 2015 Author Posted October 21, 2015 Thank you wolstech.I'm going to explore the possibility for an account on Johnny. Cris
wolstech Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Funny you asked this so close to the (unknown) repair date... This support should be restored now. 1
