[Solved] Created An Account 5 Days Ago But Still Not Visible As Website

Hi, I've created a HelioNet account on Stevie on Thursday last week; it's Monday evening now and it's still not visible - it's a bit unclear what the web address actually is from the Control Panel, but when I go to what I think it is (thesmartschoolofcookery.heliohost.org) I get the message:

 

Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.

 

How long should I expect to wait?

Your domain is thesmartschoolofcookery.heliohost.org, and it is working for me. I see a directory listing with a few folders in it.
