mariusm98 Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 a. HelioHost username: mariusm98 b. the server my account is on: stevie c. My HelioHost main domain (the domain that has now been queued for about 48 hours): haraldokland.com
wolstech Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 The domain haraldokland.com is queued because the account mariusm98 does not exist. There is an account called marius9 associated with you, but its main domain is mariusm98.heliohost.org. You will need to add haraldokland.com in cPanel as an addon domain (if the content is supposed to be different from mariusm98.heliohost.org) or parked domain (if content should match mariusm98.heliohost.org). Alternately, you can replace mariusm98.heliohost.org with haraldokland.com. You cannot create a second account.
mariusm98 Posted October 17, 2015 Author Posted October 17, 2015 Sorry about the mix-up with account names. I did indeed add haraldokland.com as an addon domain in cPanel about 60 hours ago. It still shows as queued.
mariusm98 Posted October 18, 2015 Author Posted October 18, 2015 Just noticed a strange thing: The link on the "queueing page" of haraldokland.com that should allow me to sign in to my account points to johnny, while my account is actually on stevie. http://haraldokland.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
nyten Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 The site is not queued, try to clear your cache
wolstech Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 That site is now working normally. As nyten said, please clear your cache.
mariusm98 Posted October 19, 2015 Author Posted October 19, 2015 Hi there. Yes, up and running now. But I did clear my cache just before starting this thread, so that was not the initial problem. Thanks to whoever/whatever fixed it
wolstech Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Nobody fixed it. The server just took forever to get its act together. Stevie domains are taking ~3 days right now for some reason, and I've seen at least one on Johnny take over a week. If you add any more domains, odds are the solution is just waiting.
