I made my "visit" too late on the 30th day and it should have been easy to "clear" the suspended website - but I was "locked out" and still am.

 

Just learned that HelioHost had a problem at the same time and hope that is the problem - and I am still published on Stevie.

 

Is there anyway to clear the problem and restore my access to cpanel??

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

 

If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

Thanks for taking the time; Coffeebunch.com is up

and running again. I was surprised by your finding of “high server load” because I usually have to beg users to visit the site – LOL.. In truth I only count the visitors and do not keep track of the time they spend there.. I’ll try to figure out why my load is high.

Our system doesn't list when you were suspended. We did have the suspension system on Stevie suspend a few too many accounts the other day due to load, so it's very possible you were caught in that issue.

 

Since you've never had this issue before, I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you changed something recently or it happens again.
