I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. tablecat Posted July 17, 2015 Author Share Posted July 17, 2015 I'm sorry but it doesn't seem to have been solved. Unless it was automatically suspended again overnight. I would at the very least like to make a backup of my site. When I try to renew the account, I receive the following error message: >We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive.
