[Solved] Suspended: Idwabo

[idwabo]

a. your HelioHost username : idwabo

b. the server your account is on : johnny

c. your HelioHost main domain : afrikenv.com

 

I have requested unsuspension and the system reported it was successfully enabled.

I still caannot access to the server as it shows the suspended page.

I tried to re-enables it, and it says my account is not listed among the suspended ones.
