[Solved] Suspended: Tugastat

Today my account was suspended.

I received an e-mail stating it was due to inactivity and that my last login was on 2015-05-22.

 

 

That is not true.

 

 

I have logged in to my account at least once a week and I can see in my browser's history that I logged in last on the 17th this month and also on the 16th.

 

There must be something wrong with the controlling system.

 

I have managed to unsuspended the account using the given link but, the way it is, it might happen again in the future.

 

Please look into it.
