[Solved] Enable Popen() On Stevie

Hi please enable popen() on stevie. needs to be used by mediawiki.

Popen() will NEVER be supported on our services. If your software requires it, use different software. If you don't wish to do that, you are always welcome to find a paid host (no free hosting company offers this feature as far as I'm aware).
