Update Johnny Cpanel

Hi update cpanel on johnny to 11.48 because 11.44 doesent include all the feature in the new paper latin skin as it does it x3 whereas 11.48 does. and paper latin looks really nice.

It was just updated to 11.38, then 11.44. I can't see it being updated just because the newer version has a better looking UI skin. I bet most people here don't even use the other skins.

Now, if there's actual bug fixes or some other reason to update it, it might be updated again. I'm not sure how much it's going to be updated, as there was absolutely no information given to us that it was even going to be updated at all.
