We apologize for that, as we did not expect such a reaction to our latest post. But we also feel that it's unfair that: 1. We were suspended without notice.2. We can't log in to the cpanel at all now to retrieve our files, it seems that our account has been deleted. We hope that Heliohost can let us log in to retrieve our files at least, or send whatever we have there to our email address. We hope to part on amicable terms.

A high amount of traffic in a short period of time is a good way to get suspended for that, so that was likely the reason. We don't terminate users for high load unless they cause load repeatedly (3+ times) in a short period of time. As for it being unfair, it is standard practice for hosting companies to suspend users without warning, and entirely normal for you to be unable to log in while suspended. This is done for security reasons, primarily to prevent people who abuse the service for purposes like phishing from collecting their illegal data. Your account has been unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
