Web Page Doesn't Show Up

I changed my domain's nameservers to NS1.HELIOHOST.ORG and NS2.HELIOHOST.ORG more than a week ago. In cPanel under public_html I created a .html page, but my page just doesn't want to show up. Chrome says: Google Chrome could not load the webpage because myWebPage.tk took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.

What am I doing wrong?

I see this when I open your domain. :-

Maybe you were blocked by the firewall. If that is the case, an admin needs to unblock you manually.

So, you see it. I deleted everything else and left that .html file. What shall I do now?
