covenant123 Posted April 8, 2015 Share Posted April 8, 2015 Hi, I'm having trouble creating a new MySQL database through the CPanel interface, I keep getting errors reporting that a database with the input name already exists (even though it doesn't). Additionally, CPanel lists my domain as yourdomain.com, why is this not the domain I input during the signup procedure> Any idea what's causing this issues/how I can resolve it? wolstech Posted April 8, 2015 Share Posted April 8, 2015 Seeing you just registered today, I'd give it a day to see if the domain issue resolves itself. The accounts take 24-48 hours to be fully set up. For the database problem, have you tried another database name? Worst case is your account didn't get created properly for some reason.
