Cannot Create New Mysql Database

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble creating a new MySQL database through the CPanel interface, I keep getting errors reporting that a database with the input name already exists (even though it doesn't). Additionally, CPanel lists my domain as yourdomain.com, why is this not the domain I input during the signup procedure>

 

Any idea what's causing this issues/how I can resolve it?

Seeing you just registered today, I'd give it a day to see if the domain issue resolves itself. The accounts take 24-48 hours to be fully set up. For the database problem, have you tried another database name?

 

Worst case is your account didn't get created properly for some reason. The solution to that would be to delete your account, then sign up again and wait 24 hours before doing anything with it.
