Cpanel Passwort Reset Fails

Hello,

 

i'm really sorry. Something went wrong with my password when I signed up.

I can't log in. So I tried to reset my password. Although I'm sure, that I can

receive mails, it doesn't work for me. I simply get no mail.

The DNS servers are set to the mail server host, so I can receive the mails. When I

can log in, I will change everything accordingly.

Okay, I have reset your password manually and sent it to the email address registered.

Thank you. I've got it.

 

Sadly, the system still says, that the login is invalid.

Since I changed DNS entries, the e-mail adress is not reachable now.

 

I would appreciate every idea.

I've tried serveral times now, but I just can't log in with the provided data.

 

I have used, different Browsers and Computers.

I would recommend you to delete that account and create a new account as you don't have any files currently, using a different email id for signup.

As it is not crazy enough, the old password did the trick now.
