Mysql Database Error

When i try to add my database to netbeans i get the error message:

 

Cannot establish a connection to jdbc:mysql://pluspage.heliohost.org/:3306/jackyyes_Uporabniki?zeroDateTimeBehavior=convertToNull using com.mysql.jdbc.Driver (Access denied for user 'jackyyes_yes'@'BSN-61-23-78.dynamic.siol.net' (using password: YES))

 

can you help me?

I use foloving data:

Host: pluspage.heliohost.org

Port:3306

Database: jackyyes_Uporabniki

+ username

+ pasword

 

Are the data true?

or you have to do something with my database when i remote it in my netbeans?

Host should be johnny.heliohost.org.

 

Also, remote mysql must be enabled in cPanel. You can do that here: http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/managehost.html (a % sign will allow every IP to connect, usually easiest).
