I Always Fail When Installing The Axis In Softaculouse

I always fail when installing the Axis in Softaculouse. It also occurs in some other scripts. We are to be repaired.

Warning that appears when the installation fails:

 

The following errors were found:

 

Could not make the query numbered: 6

MySQL Error Number: 2013

MySQL Error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

The software is trying to use innodb database tables. It's been broken since February and we don't when or if it will be fixed.
