[Inactive] Cpanel Error When Trying To Add A New Addon Domain

Hy,

 

Cpanel is giving error when trying to add a new addon domain name (domain name not stated here as do not want it to by indexed by search engines, shown in linked image). cPanel error is as shown in linked file.

Then I tried DNS zone editor to remove any entry related to the domain but that too give me the following error:

Name Server are pointed to heliohost's nameserver's. Kindly look into the matter and plz help resolve this ASAP.

Did you try deleting atmforex.gujarathairtransplant.com with the Advanced DNS Zone Editor?

When I select gujarathairtransplant.com in Adv. Zone Editor, under Zone File Records it shows "Please refresh the page and try again". Tried it many times but shows same msg.

What is the addon domain that you're trying to add? atmforex.what? I can't really add it for you if I have no idea what to add.
