joween18 Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Hi guys, since I am new here, I would like to ask this question... I just purchased my domain, then I also created a heliohost account, and I just wanted to ask if there another way to point my domain to heliohost servers rather than changing its nameservers? I own this domain from namecheap, and I wanted it to connect with Cloudflare to benefit from their services.. .I am also thinking the answer will be adding A records but I don't know how to find my server's IP Address...
yashrs Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 You can see your server's IP address in the 'Shared IP' in the homepage of your cPanel and you can use an 'A' record with that IP address. But adding subdomains require you to set your nameservers to heliohost's nameservers.
