[Solved] A Dns Entry For ____.heliohost.org Already Exists

i had an account with the name demon36 and when i tried to add an add on domain it said that it is being used by another user,

so i deleted the account few days ago and when i try to register a new account with the same name on the same server (stevie) i get 2 emails one saying account installed and within a minute i get another one titled heliohost account error and it says :

 

Sorry, a DNS entry for demon36.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster).

Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again.

 

i tried to sign up 2 times

@Krydos - I'm not seeing a dns entry for this domain on Stevie or Johnny.
