This resulted in quite a bit of downtime for users who have their accounts located on this server. Stevie accounts were unaffected. The problem has been fixed and Johnny is now in the process of booting up. We expect service to return to normal shortly. Thank you for your patience. 1
chinmai560621 Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 Hello there, I have been using a johnny w/ cpanel hosting.. Actually, It was very good unntil now except for frequent server down. Now it says that "Thank you for installing cPanel/WHM.This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file) " .. But I still see my website running properly.. But i cannot access my cPanel. Please try to fix this ASAP. Thank You. RegardsChinmai

wolstech Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 This license issue usually happens every few weeks on both servers, and is considered normal. An admin typically fixes the license pretty quickly, but sometimes it takes time.
