What are you planning to use it for, and have you looking into configuring whatever is using port 9960 to use a port we already have open? Also, what is your cpanel username? Is it this site? http://www.lickmybeatz.heliohost.org/ Ultimately, it will be up to Krydos to decide on this.

If its legal, that account owner is welcome to provide proof he bought a license and we can unsuspend it.
