[Answered] Cannot Signup Cause Dns Entry Already Exists

i had a previous account on johny server "rifan02" and i wanted to move to stevie,so i deleted it.After it got deleted i tried to sign up again with the same username and i got a error messsage stating that "Sorry, a DNS entry for jbldruglaboratories.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster)".So please take a look.

I signed up again and now i am getting a "404 Not Found" titled cgi page stating"Not Found",is that normal and shouldn't i get a account queued page?

Note:had to change domain cause I forgot to change ".heliohost.org" into ".com" from the drop down list during signup.

I AM REALLY SORRY IF I AM CAUSING ANY TROUBLE TO YOU GUYS,i am just beginning to learn web management.

my site is working weirdly sometime its showing "Not found" and other times it works.

It has probably reported NOT FOUND because the name server 1 was down at the time you tried to open your website.
