Server Transfer Issue

Server: stevie.heliohost.org

 

 

I have transfered server from Johnny to Stevie but I'm facing may issues with my domain which is still pointing to Johnny server when i input "http://bucqs.com/cpanel" instead of Stevie Server.

 

Another issue with MySQL which responds as "database server is not available" while installing software but it worked well with Johnny Server.

The DNS issue probably is just propagation and/or stale cache. You may need to flush your DNS cache on your PC since that domain is pointing to stevie for me. To do that on Windows, open a command prompt as an administrator, then run ipconfig /flushdns.

 

The database server issue is basically normal. The database server on Stevie is broken and goes down a lot. Just wait a few minutes and try again. Also, Softaculous doesn't work properly on Stevie if that's how you're installing software.
