eaglezap Posted July 30, 2014 Author Posted July 30, 2014 Hi, I'm still having some problems with this request. When I checked recently to see if a Dedicated IP address was granted as indicated in the above post, instead of a new Dedicated IP address I still see the same old DNS entry pointing to Johnny for my heliohost domain "eaglezptech.heliohost.org". See this recent nslookup result: http://www.kloth.net/services/nslookup.php---DNS server handling your query: ns1.heliohost.orgDNS server's address: 65.19.143.3#53 Name: eaglezaptech.heliohost.orgAddress: 64.62.211.131 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ NOTE: Still pointing to Johnny, not a new Dedicated IP address Is there still something missing that needs to be done for this request? Thanks, eaglezap
hussam Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 host eaglezaptech.heliohost.org eaglezaptech.heliohost.org has address 64.62.151.109 eaglezaptech.heliohost.org mail is handled by 0 eaglezaptech.heliohost.org. Sometimes these things take time to propagate.
eaglezap Posted August 2, 2014 Author Posted August 2, 2014 Thanks! I have my Dedicated IP address now. Looks fine, however, after I use the cpanel SSL/TLS Manager to upload my valid CRT file of my proper SSL certificate, I get an error when I try to browse my eaglezaptech.heliohost.org managed HTTPS domain: https://eaglezaptech.com Here's the error on Safari: https://eaglezaptech.com"Safari can't open the page 'https://eaglezaptech.com' because Safari can't find the server 'eaglezaptech.com'" I've waited 2 days and the problem is still the same. Has my domain eaglezaptech.heliohost.org been enabled for SSL yet? If not, can you enable SSL on it now since I have my Dedicated IP address now? Thanks.
