(Here on the forum as well...) First they get a successful "your account has been queued" message, then one of these..."Sorry, a group for that username already exists." Username kagianna. They tried another name with no success. "Dear dreamerl,Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Unable to add user dreamerl Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again." Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks! wolstech Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 Something is wrong with registrations on Stevie. A few others have posted today about that "Unable to add user XXXXX" error too. I'm hoping it isn't the case that one if her attempts registered? Lskikyou is her new username, though, and it seems to be working! Thanks again!
