I've been having problems to login into my CPanel.Anytime I enter my username and password a new login window pops up with the following message: Authentification required. A username and password are being requested by http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082. The site says: "cPanel" I enter my username and password again and the same window pops up again. Over and over.. I have tried reseting my password. Succeeded, but still can't login. The same window keeps popping up with the same message: Authentification required. A username and password are being requested by http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082. The site says: "cPanel" I need to update my websites. Can anyone help me? yashrs Posted July 3, 2014 Share Posted July 3, 2014 Try clearing your cookies, and cache both, and still if it doesn't work the password reset wouldn't have completed successfully.
