Hello!

 

I've been having problems to login into my CPanel.

Anytime I enter my username and password a new login window pops up with the following message:

 

Authentification required. A username and password are being requested by http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082. The site says: "cPanel"

 

I enter my username and password again and the same window pops up again. Over and over..

 

I have tried reseting my password. Succeeded, but still can't login. The same window keeps popping up with the same message:

I need to update my websites. Can anyone help me?

Try clearing your cookies, and cache both, and still if it doesn't work the password reset wouldn't have completed successfully. Tell here if it works, else I will reset your password manually.

Okay, I have reset your password and sent it to the email ID you registered with.
