burnedtoast
username: toastserver: steviedomain: burnedtoast.cu.ccI have taken off the proxy that was causing trouble before, so I thought I helped put an end to this reoccurring suspension.
Ice IT Support
Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 3 file(s). Win.Trojan.Agent-748059 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended. burnedtoast
Okay I've had this happen before, but it always comes out that the false positives were from executables that I've made that trip virus scanners since they have no Authenticode signature. Sadly I cannot afford codesigning but I do now provide PGP signatures for my programs to make sure that they're authentic. If the malware files are any of the ones listed below I've made those files myself and they do not contain any viruses and I've already submitted false positive reports to ClamAV:AllArea.exeAllArea.zipAllArea.tar.gzHall_of_Mirrors.exe
Ice IT Support
Looks like it probably is one of those (I'm just guessing, I have no way of knowing for sure).

burnedtoast
I was planning on adding another file that might potentially trigger a false positive, what would be my best course of action?
hussam
Perhaps put it on dropbox instead if it is just a file you are hosting.
Krydos
You could also scan your files before you upload them.
