we are failing to send and recieve email when ever a mail is sent we get this message

 

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

 

isaac.munthali@c3.mw

 

Technical details of permanent failure:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain c3.mw by c3.mw. [64.62.211.131].

 

The error that the other server returned was:

550 No Such User Here"

Did you set up your Default address like it states here?

yes the default address is c3.mw

Your supposed to make sure all emails are forwarded to your username. Did you do that?

ok this is how idid it and it has been working all along untill last week

after creating the email addresess on the cpanel i used the following settings on outlook

 

username : isaac.munthali@c3.mw

 

incoming mail server: mail.c3.mw

POP3 : port 110

outgoing mailserver :mail.c3.mw

SMTP: port : 25

 

when i run test account settings the following messages is displayed

 

Tasks

log onto the incomming mail server (POP3) Failed

send test e-mail message Failed

 

ERRORS

 

log onto the incoming mail server (POP3) : the operation timeout waiting for a response from the recieving POP server. if you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)

 

send Test Email message: The operation timeout waiting for a response from the sending SMTP server . if you continue to receive this message

contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)
