jddalo Posted July 2, 2014 Author Share Posted July 2, 2014 ok this is how idid it and it has been working all along untill last weekafter creating the email addresess on the cpanel i used the following settings on outlook username : isaac.munthali@c3.mw incoming mail server: mail.c3.mwPOP3 : port 110outgoing mailserver :mail.c3.mwSMTP: port : 25 when i run test account settings the following messages is displayed Taskslog onto the incomming mail server (POP3) Failedsend test e-mail message Failed ERRORS log onto the incoming mail server (POP3) : the operation timeout waiting for a response from the recieving POP server. if you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) send Test Email message: The operation timeout waiting for a response from the sending SMTP server . if you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
