misc314 Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Hello HelioHost/HelioNet! Please forgive my stupidity. I forgot to login into my control panel this month, and my account has been suspended. I received my email explaining inactivity suspension and was given a link to renew script. However, the renew script doesn't work ("we cannot find that account in database" error) and neither does normal logging in (incorrect username/password). Could anyone please advice me on the matter. misc314 Posted June 30, 2014 Author Posted June 30, 2014 Thank you. It wasn't a cache problem. 1. After previous suspension, I was able to use my website well.2. I received an email notifying about inactivity suspension. After you replied, and up till now, I had been receiving 500 Internal Server Error message (instead of suspension page). But now I am able to access it fine. Thank you very much
