Will There Be An Upgrade To Rails 4.0 In The Near Future?

I'm making a Rails app, using Rails 4...only to find that Heliohost offers Rails 2. When will you (or will you) be upgrading? I'm not quite sure if I'll get bugs and broken pages when hosting a Rails 4 website on here. I'm hoping I'll be fine with 2...but I'm not sure. Is there some reason you haven't yet gone to v4? think I read something about cPanel not supporting anything past Rails 2, but I'm not sure.

 

Also: if there is no upgrade planned, could someone tell me/link me to a list of the differences between Rails 4 and Rails 2?

cPanel doesn't support it properly, so its unlikely that we'll upgrade. I think Rails 3 was talked about (or may even be/have been available), but I don't know much about it. Few people here use Rails.
