That account is not suspended, it's queued. Give it more time. Johnny accounts can take up to 5 days.

 

Also, do you have multiple accounts? I'm seeing 6 suspiciously similar user accounts under "adandi##", 3 of which are suspended. If so, be aware that users are only allowed one account and creating multiple accounts just gets them all suspended.
