i wish to create another subdomain from the list of your free ones. do i have to create a new account for that or is there a way to get one of your free subdomain names using my present account?

Do you mean add a second domain to your account or get a second something.heliohost.org domain?

 

There is no way to get a second heliohost subdomain with a single account, and you can only have one account unless an admin has given you permission for two.

 

If you mean regular domains, like those offered by .tk, you can add them using the add-on domains function in cPanel.
