[Answered] Have Multiple Websites In One Heliohost Account

Dear everyone,

 

I am aware that we are only allowed to create one heliohost account.

 

However, I have two websites. Since I cannot create two accounts, I added I website as an add-on domain. The site still cannot work. Can someone please help me?

By default addon domains are activated for all accounts, and you can create an unlimited number of them. If you mean "activate" as in your addon domain shows the queued page when you visit it, that is normal. All domains, whether they are main domains, parked domains, subdomains, or addon domains go through a 24-48 hour queued period after being added. Posting on the forums doesn't speed it up. No admins need to review your domain or anything. It's a fully automated process. It just takes some time to set up a new domain.
