[Answered] Deleted Account

Greetings!

 

I am having a problem and I am not sure whether it means my account was deleted or not (username: volt; domain: scripthall.com).

Upon trying to enter my username and password I encounter the following error message: We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database.

I have also tried to use the reactivation script but a similar message is displayed:

 

We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.

 

I haven't used your services for about 4-5 months and today I decided to upload a fresh wordpress install on the server and I was able to do so (not sure what server, maybe jhonny - f4.host-ed.me). However, I can not access cPanel.

There's no account named volt in the system. Since you say you haven't used it in 4 or 5 months, odds are it was deleted due to inactivity.

 

Also, f4.host-ed.me is not run by Heliohost. If your issues are with that domain, they need to be brought up with host-ed.me.
