Your account appears to be working fine, although your main domain is dead (appears to be an issue with that domain, since I don't see any DNS records on it at all).

 

Try logging in using the form at the bottom of heliohost.org.

I can't still access my account, still same error appear.

 

I have tried to reset my password perhaps I forgot my password, but this error appear,

Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department.

Try again. It was showing as inactive yet again for some reason. I unsuspended it and changed your last login date to a few days ago (it was 1/5/14, hence the inactivity suspension).

 

Let us know if it still doesn't work and we'll escalate this.
