ProSites Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 On numerous occasions I have attempted to signup for the Stevie server to no avail. All I ever receive is, "We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later." Any suggestions or should I just say F*** it?
Krydos Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 It's probably because you already have an account on Stevie with username nasahrva, main domain http://nasahrvatska.info/ , created on 2013-07-28, and last logging into on 2013-07-31. If you wish to reactivate your existing account type the username nasahrva into this link http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew
ProSites Posted February 6, 2014 Author Posted February 6, 2014 Thank you for this info. It appears one of my partners was attempting to use it for a test server without my knowledge. Now we face the problem of the main domain name. nasahrvatska.info is owned and pointed to stevie, but our main domain is nasahrvatska.eu, which is the domain I attempted to sign up with. What now?
Ice IT Support Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 You can use http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain to change your main domain to nasahrvatska.eu. Be sure to set that domain's nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. After the change (which will take about 24-48 hours to become live), you can then add nasahrvatska.info as an addon or parked domain in cPanel.
