[Solved] Suspended And Unable To Change Password

I am unable to reset my password as my account has been suspended due to a failure to login

Email .. nerdygeek2u [at] gmail.com

I have entered the confirmation code below but still got the same error message

I removed the confirmation code from your post. I'm not sure if it'd actually be valid, but I don't want anyone renewing your account and changing your password on you.
