[Solved] Queued: Mobirock

I have renewed my account but system said :

Could not find account in the database or it is not listed as inactive

 

Then i tried to login to Cpanel:

Login error

 

I chosed reset password and received email then i clicked the link:

Still error

 

Please kindly help me.

Try logging in with your old password and see if it works.
