Thanks for the hints Krydos, i really appreciate your advice, but I don't have wp-cron running, and i never use that plugin. this is from my dashboard WP Overview (lite): Mem: WP 32M (def) Usage 30% 38.25M of PHP Limit 128M I have Statpress Visitor running, but i have reduced it to the minimum, and i have emptied the Statpress databases on Phpmyadmin last night, can this be the problem? I just disabled Statpress I just saw this on CPanel Server Load 5.84 (4 cpus) Disk /dev/sda1 (/) 98 % but i don't understand those means. Does Framing video from Youtube allowed? i got 1 post with youtube video on it. PS: I am very satisfied with Heliohost service, i've never found free hosting with Full features of CPanel before. Please help me to reduce the server load, thank you very much.

Thanks Tjoene for your quick response Does deactivating some plugins will reduce the server load? or is there anything to do with the incoming traffic to my website? Sorry for asking some questions, you are the expert i am simply a user. and i am trying not to get the final suspension.

Thank you for your kindness Ice IT Support I followed your instructions, i just deactivated the wp plugin that i just activated on the day i got suspended, i think that new plugin that caused high server load. I will never use that plugin anymore. If you kind enough to check my website again, that would be good. Again thank you very much
