Byron Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. Be aware that this is your second suspension for the same reason. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
apotheos Posted January 20, 2014 Author Posted January 20, 2014 hi thank you yes i know its the second and i want to ask why? the only reason i suspect is that i installed yesterday a new smf forumi have total 1 web flash/php/htm(custom small e-shop) and 1 smf forum and 1 wordpress web and after i install the new forum i got suspended after 1 day.is that the reason? should i make a new account and how can i know when i cause high load i dont know very much how your system works or when it gets high load thank you for your helpBill.

Krydos Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Most of your load seems to be coming from /home/apotheos/public_html/ogame/forum/sachat/index.php
apotheos Posted January 21, 2014 Author Posted January 21, 2014 ok i installed a chat im going to destroy it. thank you, i will also delete the forum since it was for testing and some friends and i will return back to normal then.it can be marked as solved. but before i would like to know what other files does high loads because in "service status" i see "Server Load 12.28 (4 cpus) ! " it would be much helpful for me if i could see wich of my files does that many load so i can fix it...thank you for your helpBill.
Krydos Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 That server load is the whole server, not just your account. If you're curious or worried that you may be causing too much load just create a new thread in the customer service forum asking how your load is.
